AUDIOBOOKS - HOW DO THEY WORK?

Audiobooks will be downlaodable through the Bookfunnel app. You can listen in the free Bookfunnel app, or directly through a web browser. Payment is via PayPal - no account needed!

SIGNED PAPERBACKS - HOW TO BUY?

Select the book/s you'd like to purchase and add them to your cart.
Be sure to add any personalisations and the name you'd like the book/s signed to in the NOTES section on the cart page.
Shipping will be calculated and based on your location.

SIGNED PAPERBACKS - SIGNATURE AND/OR PERSONALISATION

All books will come personalised to the name used on the order.
If you would like another name, or no personalisation, please make request in “order notes” on the cart page.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO ADD THE PERSONALISATIONS?

There can be no guarantee the order has not been shipped already if it's left too late.

REFUNDS - AUDIOBOOKS

Because audiobooks are a digital download, no refunds will be given. If there is an issue with the quality of the file, email nrwalker@nrwalker.net and the author will be give you an uncorrupted version.

Audiobooks must be downloaded to the Bookfunnel app for it to work.

Any troubleshooting issues with the app must be directed to https://bookfunnel.com/help/app/android/audiobook-troubleshooting/

REFUNDS - PAPERBACKS

Due to each paperback being personalised for the buyer, no refunds will be issued and paperbacks are non-returnable. If your paperback is damaged upon arrival, please email nrwalker@nrwalker.net

If you do not fill out the personalisation box or your package goes missing, no refunds will be issued.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct spellings and shipping address details.

MERCH & SWAG

Merch & Swag will be shipped directly from the printing company - it does not come via the author.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated by Australia Post.

Please note that shipping costs - especially internationally - is expensive. Please double check shipping costs before finalising payment.
