Refund policy

AUDIOBOOKS

Because audiobooks are a digital download, no refunds will be given. If there is an issue with the quality of the file, email nrwalker@nrwalker.net and N.R. Walker's team will be give you an uncorrupted version.

Audiobooks must be downloaded to the bookfunnel app for it to work.

SIGNED PAPERBACKS

Due to each paperback being personalised for the buyer, no refunds will be issued and paperbacks are non-returnable. If your paperback is damaged upon arrival, please email nrwalker@nrwalker.net

If you do not fill out the personalisation box or your package goes missing, no refunds will be issued.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct spellings and shipping address details.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your provided payment method on the first day of the quarter (Jan, March, July, Sept). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can cancel subscriptions at any time.

Digital subscriptions: Links will be sent to your email with download options. Also accessed by your account page.

Physical subscriptions: Physical boxes will be shipped within seven days of payment and/or beginning of each quarter. If digital products are included, download links will be sent via email.
